KanKoa helps you organize your personal assets (vehicles, appliances, contracts, warranties) and their documents, with reminders and AI-assisted document analysis.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or access KanKoa in an unauthorized way.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and data you add to KanKoa. You grant us only the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service.
5. AI-generated information
Information extracted or suggested by AI is provided for convenience and may contain errors. Always check important details against your original documents.
6. Liability
KanKoa is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of information displayed in the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
