These Terms of Sale apply to the paid KanKoa subscriptions (Premium and Enterprise). The Free plan remains available at no cost.

1. Plans and prices

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing section of this website and in the app. Prices include applicable taxes and are displayed in your currency.

2. Payment

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, according to the payment terms of those stores.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period. You can cancel at any time from your store account settings; you keep your premium features until the end of the current period.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase, in accordance with its policies and applicable consumer law.
